Cancellation Policy
Updated April 18, 2025 By subscribing to the RiseAI Sales Accelerator (“Program”), you agree to these Terms of Use. This program is owned and operated by Rise of Us and includes digital tools, training, and resources designed to support AI-powered, human-led sales enablement. 1. Program Access Your subscription includes: Access to a private AI assistant built and hosted on an LLM model such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini A downloadable quick-start guide with prompt library Monthly live or recorded trainings (plus replays) Sales templates, prompts, and tools released over time Access begins immediately upon registration. You may not share logins. Subscription access is licensed per company or per individual and is non-transferable. 2. Payment & Commitment The Program requires a minimum 90-day commitment. You will be billed monthly through Wix or our payment provider. If you cancel early, you will remain active through the 90th day, but no refunds will be issued. After 90 days, your subscription will continue month-to-month unless cancelled. 3. Content Delivery Trainings and resources are released on a monthly schedule. Not all content is available upfront. This structure supports better outcomes and ongoing learning without overwhelm. Program structure may evolve based on user needs. 4. Responsible Use You agree not to upload or input: Personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, contact info, or SSNs Client lists, trade secrets, or sensitive financial data Content covered under NDAs or data privacy laws You are responsible for what you enter into the system. Violations may result in termination of access. 5. Third-Party Services This program uses third-party platforms, including OpenAI, Wix, Google, Canva, and others. These providers manage their own infrastructure, terms, and security. Rise of Us is not responsible for any loss, disruption, breach, or damage resulting from third-party tools. 6. Intellectual Property All program materials are the intellectual property of Rise of Us. You are granted a limited license to use the content internally or personally. You may not resell, teach, publish, share, or distribute any material without permission. 7. Enforcement Logins are monitored for misuse.
