The Pain

Two things can derail founders at your stage, and neither shows up until it's expensive.

The first: you build something real, it works, and a year or two in it stalls anyway. Because the mistakes that cause it get made early, quietly, before anyone notices.

The second: you never get funded, not because the idea is wrong, but because you can't prove to an investor that you can sell it. Sellability is what they're actually underwriting. Most founders find that out too late.

What This Saves You

The Waste Happens Before You Think It Does

  • Runway spent on the wrong motion, before you had a way to know it was wrong

  • The raise that doesn't happen because you couldn't prove you could sell it

  • Reputation spent with investors before the company had a real shot

  • Time lost building on a foundation that was never going to hold

How It Works

I Advise. You Build.

This isn't consulting and it isn't coaching. I bring you the mistakes I watch stall funded and/or profitable companies (the ones a few years ahead of where you are now) before you make them. I advise, assign the work, and hold you to it. You build it yourself.

Structured 1:1 or in a small group, so it's built to be affordable at your stage.

Sound Like Anyone You Know?

Do them a solid and send it to them. The founder journey can be lonely and it helps to have someone in your corner.

Investors Ready to Walk

This was a rescue mission, and started my focus on advising early stage startups. To catch the expensive mistakes before they're already in motion.

Investors were ready to walk, the board gave them 90 days, read about what I did to right the ship here.
