Our engagements start with a Revenue Engine Diagnostic, a paid assessment designed to determine whether your revenue challenge is a capacity problem (you need more people) or a system problem (the pieces aren't working together). Most of the time, it's the latter.

From there, we work alongside your team through a Revenue RISE Retainer, a high-context engagement where we don't just recommend what to do, we help you build it. The goal isn't to make you dependent on us. The goal is to install the capability so your team can run it without us.

Some clients stay on a $500/month Maintenance Retainer after the core work is done, but most don't need to. That's by design.

My Story

I spent the bulk of my corporate career running revenue operations inside growth-stage B2B companies (mostly SaaS, fintech, and professional services firms) navigating the messy middle between startup and scale. I have held roles across service/delivery, marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships, which means I understands how these functions need to work together, not in isolation. I've built go-to-market strategies, launched products, scaled teams, and navigated the kind of operational chaos that comes with high-growth environments.

My career took an unexpected turn during COVID when my employer was hit by external fraud, leading to a distressed asset sale. I stayed on as President to help stabilize the business, protect jobs, and transition to new ownership. It was the kind of high-stakes operational work most consultants never touch.

After that, I moved into coaching, thinking it would be a natural second-act career. But coaching felt incomplete. No amount of coaching could address internal misalignment, lack of strategy, or repeatable processes. I saw the same structural challenges across industries. Smart CEOs investing in solutions that couldn't move the needle because the underlying system wasn't built to scale.

So I tried something else: I co-founded a fintech startup, took it to MVP, and learned firsthand what it takes to build a company from the ground up. When that partnership dissolved, I realized I had something most consultants don't; operator experience across every stage of the revenue engine, plus the founder mindset to build systems, not just strategies.

That's when Rise of Us was born.

I realized with advancement in AI and automation I didn't need a team or large budget. I famously launched the company with a $50/month tech stack, a clear positioning strategy, and a commitment to running it like the kind of company I'd always worked for. Professional, structured, and built to last.

Today, I work with growth-stage CEOs who need someone who's been in the seat, not just studied it. I also produces and host Revenue Remix, a podcast exploring revenue strategy, leadership, and the realities of scaling B2B companies.

Our engagements are hands-on. We don't drop a strategy deck and disappear. We work directly with your team to diagnose the problem, build the solution, and transfer the capability so you can run it without us.
