Women × AI + Sales: Three Voices, One Big Shift

When Jenny Kay Pollock, co-founder and co-CEO of Women x AI, asked me to jump on a panel about the intersection f AI and sales, I was already a Saturday-morning regular in the #wxaisocialsaturday community chat—so saying “yes” was a no-brainer. Jenny, thanks for the invite (and for wrangling the tech gremlins that tried to nuke my mic).

I shared the virtual stage with two powerhouses:

  • Amirah Raveneau-Bey – fractional CRO-slash-executive-coach who’s spent 25 years turning FinTech and prop-tech chaos into sustainable growth.

  • Saumya Bhatnagar – co-founder/CPO at Involve.ai and fresh-minted Top 100 Women in AI honoree. She’s building an agentic sales platform that might make your SDR stack look prehistoric.


And then there was me—fractional CRO, founder of Rise of Us, and host of Revenue Remix—aka the person who keeps a “Coffee Is for Closers” Yeti mug within reach at all times (it keeps my water cold).


What We Chewed On (Just a Taste)

  1. AI ≠ Threat, It’s a Time Machine: We agreed the real magic isn’t replacing reps; it’s deleting the mind-numbing grunt work so humans can do the human things (rapport, nuance, trust).

  2. Shorter Meetings, Faster Deals: I walked through how I load client playbooks into a custom GPT so reps can prep in minutes and start calls where buyers already are—often mid-decision.

  3. Agentic Top-of-Funnel: Saumya demoed how Jiva scrapes your ICP, auto-builds hyper-personalized sequences, and books meetings while you sleep. ABM for mortals.

  4. Leveling the Playing Field: Amirah nailed it: AI elevates everyone closer to “elite rep” status by surfacing smarter questions and tighter buying signals.

  5. Guardrails & Good Judgment: We all hammered this home—AI hallucinates. Set usage policies before you hand new toys to the team, and keep a human in the loop, especially if you touch money or health data.
